How to Apply
To apply, simply submit one pre-application per household. If you need an application form or have any questions, call us at 609.310.4048, and we can mail it to you.

For occupancy of the units at Masons Creek Flats, we are required to select residents using a lottery. The lottery process will begin on and will end on November 6, 2023. Once the lottery is completed, all parties will be notified of their position on the waiting list. To be eligible for the lottery you must complete the attached Rental Application for this community. Please complete this application, include all requested information requested, and return the application and accompanying information before 5:00 PM on November 1, 2023 to:
